Job summary

Valon is hiring Deployment Strategy Leads to own deployment domains end-to-end, coaching a team of Deployment Strategists, and ensuring projects land with high quality across the contract-to-go-live-to-adoption journey.

You’ll stay close to the work to spot issues early, raise the craft bar, and translate outcomes to senior clients and product/engineering teams. AI fluency helps you scale this knowledge.

Qualifications

• Owns a deployment domain end-to-end and sets the quality bar across deployments.
• Manages and coaches 5-10 Deployment Strategists to sharpen judgment.
• Stays accountable for the full customer journey from contract to adoption.
• Catches quality problems early by reviewing configurations and data.
• Raises the bar on craft, decisions, and client trust.
• Translates outcomes to senior client leaders and product/engineers.
• Builds and extends DeploymentOS as a reusable knowledge layer.

Responsibilities

• Owns a deployment domain end-to-end: product surface, client function, or workflow.
• Manages and coaches 5-10 Deployment Strategists and provides learning loops.
• Stays accountable for contract-to-go-live-to-adoption outcomes.
• Keeps close to the work to catch issues early and unblock the team.
• Improves team craft and client trust through better decisions.
• Speaks with senior clients and cross-functional teams to align on outcomes.
• Contributes to the DeploymentOS knowledge base.
