Job summary

Valon is seeking a Deployment Strategy Lead to own end-to-end deployment domains, coach a team of 3–10 strategists, and ensure high-quality, on-time rollouts of ValonOS in a regulated financial services environment.

You will work closely with product and engineering, shaping deployment playbooks, driving learning loops, and improving client adoption with AI-enabled workflows. This role requires strong leadership, technical fluency, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of managing teams (3+ direct reports) in high-stakes environments.
• Strong domain ownership and ability to own outcomes across deployment surface or workflow.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; able to decompose complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment domain end-to-end and set quality standards across deployments.
• Coach and lead 5–10 Deployment Strategists; drive learning loops and judgment.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality deployments with adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Review configurations, client conversations, and data to catch issues before go-live.
• Build and extend DeploymentOS knowledge base for scalable problem solving.
