Job summary

Valon Tech is seeking a Deployment Strategy Lead to own end-to-end deployment domains and build a high-performing team of 3–10 Deployment Strategists. You’ll ensure quality, coach engineers, and translate complex client needs into robust deployment plans across the contract lifecycle.

• Experience leading deployment teams in complex software projects.
• Ability to coach and develop a 3–10 person team.
• Familiar with regulated industries and high-stakes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Owns a deployment domain end-to-end and sets the standard for quality across deployments.
• Manages and coaches 5–10 Deployment Strategists and guides learning loops.
• Stays accountable for the full customer journey from contract to go-live to adoption.
• Raises the bar on craft: faster learning, better client trust, sharper decisions.
• Writes and extends DeploymentOS playbooks to scale solutions across engagements.
