Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Deployment Lead to own enterprise software deployments for fintech clients. You will oversee workflows from discovery to configuration, drive adoption, and measure outcomes, visiting sites to observe operations and solve real-world business problems.

You will partner with product and engineering to translate legacy processes into scalable solutions, develop playbooks and tools, and navigate ambiguous deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working in the United States.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup, with a track record of owning substantive work and delivering outcomes.
• Experience creating playbooks, tools, or processes from the ground up.
• Fluency with AI tools and coding agents, and experience applying them in day-to-day work.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data warehousing is valuable.
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity; a record of sustained tenure is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10% to 20% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California, with a 3 to 4 day in-office schedule. New York is also listed as a work location.
