Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Deployment Strategist for a hybrid role in New York City. You will own enterprise deployments from understanding client operations through configuring the platform, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business results.

You will spend time on-site with customers (~10% travel, domestic only), partner with engineering and product to translate legacy workflows into scalable software solutions, and make decisions with incomplete information as each deployment

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or high-growth startups.

• Help build the playbooks, tooling, and processes that make future rollouts faster and more scalable
