TalentPluto, Inc. seeks a technically adept deployment leader to own enterprise deployments end to end, from kickoff through production, while guiding conversations with VP‑level stakeholders.

You will work directly in technical data models to resolve implementation problems, break complex work into executable plans, and build deployment processes from the ground up. This is a formative, highly exposed role in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in technical roles with client ownership.
• Genuinely technical background (CS or similar degree).
• Consulting, deployment, solutions, or implementation experience in a high-performance environment; startup experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and client presence with senior stakeholders.
• Strong structured thinking with ability to decompose complex work into executable plans.
• Based in San Francisco for an in-person role.

The Opportunity

This is a deployment role for someone who is genuinely technical and genuinely good in front of executives, which is a rarer combination than it sounds. You will lead war rooms with demanding enterprise stakeholders and then go straight into the underlying data models to make the implementation actually work. The role exists because deployments are the constraint on growth, not because there is a function to slot into.

The function is being built, not staffed. You would be defining how enterprise implementations run here rather than executing someone else's process, which means the work is unusually formative and unusually exposed.
