Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a hands-on Deployment Lead to manage end-to-end software deployments for healthcare organizations. You will own project planning, client relationships, and coordination with a technical counterpart to drive successful implementations.

Based in New York, this on-site role requires 2–5 years in deployment or project management, familiarity with APIs and documentation, and strong stakeholder communication to move multi-workstream projects to go-live.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in deployment, implementation, customer success, enterprise onboarding, or project management.
• Direct healthcare or healthtech implementation experience, including ownership of software deployments through go-live.
• Experience tracking complex, multi-workstream projects with numerous parallel deliverables and deadlines.
• Background in a high-growth startup or leading consulting environment, and success working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Working knowledge of APIs, LLMs, and technical documentation, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong organization, stakeholder management, communication, and hands-on execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Run kickoff calls, weekly syncs, and stakeholder check-ins as the primary non-technical customer contact.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $135,000 to $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available, including for candidates requiring O-1 or TN status.

Location

On-site, five days per week in New York, New York. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the area.
