Job summary

LiveX AI builds AI infrastructure for the physical world, deploying interactive AI agents and hardware into high-foot-traffic venues. You will own deployments from signed contract to live installation, coordinating scope, schedule, and logistics across sales, solution engineering, and logistics teams.

With 3+ years in deployment or project management, you will drive SOWs, track engineers, ensure warehouse readiness, and keep customers informed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, deployment management, or field-services coordination.
• Ability to run multi-stakeholder projects on a schedule and hold others accountable without direct authority.
• Comfort reading and reasoning about a technical scope and talking credibly with solution engineers.
• Highly organized, self-directed; able to build process from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment from signed contract to live installation.
• Define milestones, sequence dependencies, track status, and surface risks early.
• Coordinate across sales, solution engineering, and the office/logistics function.
• Manage logistics, warehouse readiness, and third-party delivery partners.
• Provide customer-facing updates and post-deployment reviews.
