Job summary

Base is seeking a Deployment Operations Specialist (Product Launch) to manage the rollout of new hardware from pilot to full deployment. You will own the rollout plan, assign ownership, and track progress week-to-week across engineering, field crews, training, and warehousing.

This is an operational coordination role at the center of a technical program. You will keep teams in sync by running intake for field issues, routing items to the right owners, and reporting readiness ahead of each

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical program management, project coordination, or operations.
• Comfort with technical detail and the ability to follow an engineering conversation.
• Strong documentation habits and playbooks for field use.
• Clear written updates for leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple open items under shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Grafana, or Retool.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-functional rollout plan for new hardware products, from pilot to broad launch, flagging risks.
• Drive product readiness across Deployments teams: field operations, training, logistics, warehousing.
• Coordinate pilot builds and installs and evolve processes for scale.
• Run intake for field issues and route to engineering owners.
• Write and maintain playbooks, field instructions, and issue logs.
• Author weekly program updates for engineering and leadership.
