Job summary

HireCapital is seeking a Senior Product Manager for hardware+software products to own the path from customer problem to deployment. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to turn pilot programs into scalable deployments in real-world environments.

The role requires hands-on customer insight, cross-functional leadership, and an engineering mindset in a fast-growing setting. In-person work in the Greater Los Angeles area with equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• PM experience in technical products.
• Engineering foundation in mechanical/industrial/electrical or related field.
• Experience integrating hardware and software.
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or similar complex environments.
• Experience in regulated, quality-critical settings.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to uncover real problems behind requirements.
• Excellent communication across technical, operational, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer workflows, operational challenges, and requirements firsthand.
• Translate customer needs into clear product and technical requirements.
• Partner closely with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Help plan and execute customer pilots and production deployments.
• Evaluate workflow, throughput, physical handling, safety, compliance, and implementation needs.
• Develop the business case around ROI, operational value, and adoption.
• Help create repeatable product and deployment processes as the business scales.
