Job summary

Flow Engineering is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into sustained usage across multiple hardware programs. You will deploy, migrate, configure, redesign workflows, train teams, and drive change management at customer sites.

You will bridge sales, engineering, and customers, translating technical setups into scalable adoption and capturing learnings to inform product direction. In-person work in SF is expected as part of early-team setup.

Qualifications

Real customer-facing work experience is required.
Proven ability to drive organizational change within engineering teams.
Strong program or project management skills with multi-team coordination.

Responsibilities

Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, training, adoption.
Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs: identify champions and blockers.
Define success metrics for each deployment and monitor adoption and renewal risk.
Design Flow setups around customers' programs and coordinate integration with engineers.
Be the eyes and ears for the product team in field deployments to shape builds.
Collaborate with sales reps and AEs on expansion opportunities post-deployment.
Help build deployment playbooks, guides, and training materials for future teams.
