Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing field deployments or customer implementations in IoT/enterprise software.
• Healthcare delivery environment experience (facilities, biomed, infection control, EHS).
• Strong contractor/vendor coordination and multi-site scheduling experience.
• RTLS/BLE/IoT deployments, device commissioning, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployments end-to-end: site plans, milestones, dependencies, checklists.
• Lead field rhythm: daily/weekly standups with contractors, facilities, and IT.
• Site readiness & installs: surveys, cabling, mounting, labeling, permits.
• Field readiness: pre-stage devices, commissioning tests, document results.
• Risk & change control: surface issues early and manage change orders.
• Documentation & handover: as-builts, acceptance criteria, clean handoffs.
