Job summary

Rivet Industries is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead definition, implementation, and operations of new systems for our customers. You will align Rivet teams and customer objectives, plan deployments, and drive successful outcomes.

This role requires strong partnership-building, technical judgment, and the ability to translate complex hardware and software capabilities into actionable plans. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams and travel 35-70% to client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology partnerships, business development, or a related partner-facing role.
• Proven ability to source, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with complex technology products.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand hardware and software capabilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop relationships with technology and industry partners to complement Rivet’s products.
• Evaluate prospective partners based on capabilities, fit, demand, and value.
• Define integration opportunities and joint solutions with Rivet engineering and commercial teams.
• Manage partner relationships from initial engagement through deployment and expansion.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate deployments and create new business opportunities.
• Coordinate across organizations to align priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
