Job summary

Rivet Industries seeks a Deployment Strategist to lead definition, implementation, and operations of Rivet systems with Army customers. You will align teams, develop deployment plans, and ensure successful outcomes.

You will analyze customer conditions, translate needs into executable plans, manage relationships with Army leaders, and drive opportunities from pilots to long-term programs, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing DoD / U.S. Army deployments of complex integrated technology solutions.
• 5+ years owning technical solution sales, business development, or customer-facing outcomes with government customers.
• Excellent communication skills with senior military, technical, operational, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 35-70% and obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities across the U.S. Army, including combat, maintenance, logistics, sustainment, and other operational use cases.
• Build and manage relationships with Army leaders, operators, program offices, acquisition stakeholders, and other key decision-makers.
• Design and execute comprehensive plans to ensure successful integration and deployment of Rivet systems within Army organizations.
• Partner with commercial and engineering teams to translate Army needs into technical approaches, proposals, and deployment strategies.
• Act as the customer voice, advocating for Army needs with Rivet engineering teams and expanding program scope.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through pilot, deployment, and program expansion.
