Rivet seeks a Deployment Strategist to lead definition, implementation, and operations of new systems for Rivet customers. You will guide collaboration, align teams, and manage deployment plans to meet mutual objectives.

The role requires analyzing customer conditions, translating data insights into actionable plans, and fostering long-term partnerships with Army stakeholders. You’ll travel 35-70% and embed with teams in office or at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing DoW/U.S. Army deployments of complex tech solutions.
• 5+ years owning technical solution sales or government-facing outcomes.
• Translate operational needs into executable technology solutions.
• Experience with proposals, SOW development, or capture for government sales.
• Strong customer development with senior military and acquisition stakeholders.
• Willing to travel 35-70% and be embedded with the team.
• U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities across the U.S. Army and related use cases.
• Build relationships with Army leaders, operators, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Design plans for integration and deployment of Rivet systems in Army contexts.
• Translate Army needs into compelling technical proposals and deployment strategies.
• Advocate for Army needs with Rivet engineering and drive program expansion.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through pilots and long-term delivery.
