Job summary

The Nuclear Company, a fast-growing AI-driven nuclear energy company, seeks an Deployment FP&A Manager to oversee day-to-day financial tracking for active construction projects. You will build and maintain models, dashboards, and reporting packages used by leadership to brief executives.

This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn project finance in a fast‑growing developer. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A or project finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with large datasets

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, accounting, or project finance.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build and maintain models.
• Experience handling large, multi-project datasets under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monthly actuals: reconcile project-level spend against budget.
• Reporting support: maintain deployment reporting package and dashboards.
• EPC billing support: track milestone billing and change orders.
• Ad hoc analysis for cost or schedule optimization.
• Data hygiene: keep project finance data clean across systems.
