Job summary

The Nuclear Company seeks a Deployment FP&A Manager to track day‑to‑day project finances for active construction, including VCS Units 2 and 3. You’ll build and maintain models, dashboards, and reporting packs used by senior leaders.

It's a hands‑on role for someone eager to deepen project finance skills inside a fast‑growing, pre‑IPO nuclear developer, with focus on forecast accuracy, cost control, and data hygiene across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, accounting or project finance.
• Strong Excel skills; able to build and maintain models independently.
• Experience with large, multi-project datasets under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monthly actuals: reconcile project-level spend against budget.
• Reporting support: build and maintain the deployment reporting package and capital dashboard.
• EPC billing support: track milestone billing and change orders per contract terms.
• Ad hoc analysis for cost or schedule improvements.
• Data hygiene: ensure project finance data is clean and consistently tagged.
