Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A Systems & Automation, to own data architecture and automation across planning, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll connect NetSuite and NOS, build the data layer, and drive AI-enabled finance workflows in a rapidly growing energy startup.

You’ll work within Corporate FP&A to scale processes, implement BI dashboards, and advance toward a public-company operating model with governance and rigorous data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data or Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 0-3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial systems, or analytics experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals: budgeting, forecasting, and three-statement logic.
• Advanced Excel plus SQL/Python or BI tools; comfortable connecting data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A data architecture across NetSuite, UKG, Carta, Primavera P6, and other sources.
• Maintain data governance, feeds into NOS, and a single source of truth for actuals, plan, and driver data.
• Design and maintain FP&A toolchain, dashboards, and corporate reporting package.
• Identify, pilot, and deploy AI/automation across FP&A workflows.
