Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an experienced data-architecture leader to join our enterprise team. You will define the vision for customer data architecture, deploy a small team of agents, and own data models and transformations that power campaigns for large customers.

You will partner with enterprise clients to scope success metrics, build target-state schemas, and implement identity matching across person, household or device.

Qualifications

• SQL fluency and ability to read and optimize complex queries.
• Experience guiding discovery with marketing and data teams.
• Ability to architect data solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution and data activation.

Responsibilities

• Define customer objectives and run discovery with marketing and data teams.
• Architect target-state schemas and identity matching rules.
• Direct build and review data models and transformations.
• Define measurable success criteria and defend them to stakeholders.
• Hand off day-to-day work while remaining the architect for future engagements.
• Create reference architectures for reuse in future projects.
