Hidden Jobs is hiring a Deployment Architect to own the full onboarding lifecycle for a leading composable customer data platform. You will partner with account teams and product engineering to translate complex customer requirements into scalable implementation plans.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, design scalable deployment frameworks, run discovery sessions, and document integration specifications and data models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical implementation or architecture.
• Strong experience with data integration and APIs.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise deployments.

Role overview

Drive successful enterprise deployments for a leading composable customer data platform and agentic marketing product used by global brands. As Deployment Architect, you own the full onboarding lifecycle, partnering with account teams and product engineering to translate complex customer requirements into repeatable, scalable implementation plans. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic process design across a diverse enterprise book of business.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, aligning technical execution with customer success goals set by the account team.
• Design deployment frameworks that scale across customer segments while accommodating enterprise-specific needs.
• Run technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops with customer data engineering and business stakeholders.
• Author and maintain deployment documentation, including integration specifications, data models, and implementation best practices.
• Develop plans that minimize time-to-value without sacrificing long-term solution sustainability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve technical blockers and feed customer insights back into the roadmap.
• Standardize and automate implementation workflows to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or related enterprise software roles.
• Strong hands-on background with data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Demonstrated success managing complex implementations with clear communication across technical and business audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and design creative paths to implementation.
• Track record of building and optimizing scalable implementation processes.
• Excellent technical project management skills, comfortable running multiple concurrent engagements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for mixed technical and business rooms.

Benefits and work setup

• Salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 USD, location-independent under a remote-first policy.
