Job summary

Flow Engineering in Austin is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into real, sustained usage. You’ll migrate requirements from legacy tools, configure Flow for each program, redesign workflows with customer engineers, train teams, and drive change management that turns skeptics into daily users.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customers, partnering with deployment engineers and account teams.

Qualifications

Real customer-facing work experience in deployment, consulting, or post-sales.
Experience turning deals into sustained user adoption across complex programs.
Ability to translate between hardware engineers, executives, and customers.
Experience managing multi-team rollouts with clear milestones and status reports.

Responsibilities

Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, training, adoption.
Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs: champions, blockers, adoption.
Define success metrics for deployments and monitor adoption; address stalls.
Design Flow setups around customers' programs and coordinate with deployment engineers.
Provide feedback to product teams based on field observations to shape next releases.
Collaborate with sales/account teams to surface expansion opportunities.
Develop deployment playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials.
