• Has real customer-facing work experience in pre-sales, post-sales, deployment, or consulting.
• Led multi-team deployments with clear milestones, stakeholders, and status updates.
• Able to translate technical concepts for executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering teams: identify champions, remove blockers, ensure adoption.
