Job summary

Flow Engineering in San Francisco is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into sustained usage across multiple accounts. You will sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and the customer, owning deployment, migration from legacy tools, and workflow redesign.

You will train teams, drive organizational change, and shape our deployment playbooks. This role suits someone who has worked on hardware programs and prefers cross-client impact, with in-person collaboration in SF.

Qualifications

• Real customer-facing deployments or consulting experience.
• Proven track record owning multi-team deployments end-to-end.
• Ability to translate between hardware engineers and executives.
• Experience migrating requirements from legacy tools and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments: kickoff, migration, configuration, training, adoption.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering teams.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and address stalls.
• Design Flow setups around customer programs; coordinate with deployment engineers.
• Provide product feedback based on field deployments and observations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams on expansion opportunities.
• Help build deployment playbooks and implementation guides.
