Job summary

H&M in Chicago seeks a Department Supervisor to support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the department and store. The role follows H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet customer and colleague expectations.

You will lead the team, ensure omni-channel service, merchandise presentation, and daily operations including opening/closing, fitting rooms, and checkout while upholding company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service in all areas and promote products.
• Promote Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage fitting room and checkout routines.
• Handle admin routines for people and operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom areas.
• Ensure high fashion quality and product presentation.
• Open and close store daily.
