H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to help drive Sales and Profit in the store and deliver the best customer experience. You will lead and develop the team, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with Visual Merchandiser to maintain strong visual and commercial standards.

Responsibilities include omni customer engagement, promoting loyalty initiatives, managing fittings, checkouts, and store operations while upholding ethical and legal standards.
