Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Department Manager for our luxury retail operations in New York. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, build strong client relationships, and proactively drive sales targets while ensuring the best-in-class Fendi Client Journey.

As Brand ambassador, you will represent the brand in the community and marketplace. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail, with strong communication, collaboration, and digital skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 lbs.
• Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
• Must have flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.

The base compensation for this role is $100,000-$125,000USD plus retail bonus. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
