Hy-Vee in Minnesota seeks an Hy-Chi Department Manager to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive department profitability. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff while maintaining strong store standards and accurate pricing.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, managing inventory, and ensuring safe, fresh products. You will model friendly service, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with leadership to meet weekly goals.
