• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Basic food safety knowledge encouraged.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing needs promptly.
• Oversee daily operations and production schedules within the Hy-Chi department.
• Lead, train, and develop department team members for high performance.
• Manage catering contracts and assist in item selection for events.
• Monitor inventory and rotate perishable products to ensure freshness.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and department cleanliness are maintained.
