Hy-Vee is seeking a Hy-Chi Department Manager in Cedar Rapids to lead customer service excellence, team training, and department profitability. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure freshness and display standards across the Hy-Chi section.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, inventory control, and collaboration with store leadership to drive sales and maintain brand standards. Candidates should have strong people skills and retail operations experience.

Competenze
