Job Overview

Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is a rapidly growing franchisee of the worldwide brand, operating over 60 restaurants in 7 states. Positions are located in a fast‑paced, high‑energy dining environment that requires strong leadership, a focus on guest service, and dedication to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• All managers, regardless of position, are accountable for following the World Wide Wings Manager Description and are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, improving profitability, and providing support to the General Manager.
  1) Heart of House (HOH) Department Manager – responsible for HOH food/product matters, staff planning, and development, and for supervising the restaurant during shifts.
  2) Bar Department Manager – manages adult beverage operations, ordering, inventory control, Responsible Alcohol Service compliance, and the hiring, training, and motivation of bartenders and bar servers.
  3) Hospitality Manager – oversees dining room service, team planning and development, and maintains a safe environment.
• Department Manager Responsibilities Include:
  Team – staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, development, training store certification, action plans, hiring coordination, weekly schedules, incentive programs, performance feedback, merit increases, performance coaching, training oversight, use of support teams, coaching, communication, state training and permits, guest attraction, Guest Comment program, GEM program.
  Quality Operations – for HOH: new food product rollouts, quality adherence, vendor communication, menu specs, inventory, performance analysis, administrative functions, equipment monitoring, health and safety, and similar for Bar: product rollouts, vendor accountability, system adherence, training.
  Sales and Profits – for HOH: food cost, labor results, ordering, inventory, projections, P&L understanding, problem resolution.
  Bar: cost tools, beer/loss cost, labor results, inventory, waste management, incentive contests.
  Hospitality Manager: Local Marketing program, sales incentives, other assigned duties.
• What You’ll Do (current shift‑by‑shift operations):
  Lead and inspire Team Members for top‑tier service, Coach, train, and develop team, Own execution across guest engagement, quality, speed, accuracy, Champion clean and safe environment, Bring energy to promotions and fan engagement.

Qualifications

• You know the game and have a solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
