Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and run the playbook each shift. You’ll work across the floor, kitchen, and bar to ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.

You’ll coach and develop the team, lead by example, and help execute daily operations while upholding food safety, training, and promotions. Competitive pay, same-day pay options, and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel between units with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike.
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience; experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent; valid driver’s license to travel between units; satisfactory background check; ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Has successfully managed each department (Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH) for a minimum of three periods each.
