Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Department Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a dynamic team.

You will coach Team Members, ensure top-tier service, and own execution across guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset focused on developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
