Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also oversee departments. Their responsibilities may include managing assigned systems (e.g., training, food safety, inventory), setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; executing sales promotions; training staff on service procedures; organizing the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service.

Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly and safely; controlling food cost; training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

People Department Manager responsibilities: hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals; ensuring crew is motivated and recognized.
