Job Overview

This position is available at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. All employment matters—hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Responsibilities vary by department:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service, properly execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru organized.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure food quality and speed, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate crew activities.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is a positive team player with a flexible schedule, enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, and is 18 years or older.
