McDonald’s is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager for an independent franchise location in Georgia. You will lead shifts, supervise Training, Food Safety, and Inventory, and drive guest satisfaction across Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.

The role requires proven managerial experience in food service, a team‑oriented mindset, and the ability to manage fast‑paced operations with a flexible schedule. 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager at a corporate-owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Managers may also lead specific departments, overseeing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, oversee sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food; maintain food safety; control food costs; and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, provide training, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals. They also ensure crew members start well and receive motivation and recognition throughout their employment.
