• Maintain SOPs for storage, date coding, and price changes in the absence of the department manager.
• Adhere to merchandising guidelines, signage, and product packaging.
• Monitor temperatures and placement of products to maintain freshness.
• Oversee product portion control and receiving procedures in the manager’s absence.
• Perform stocking duties and ensure correct stock placement.
