Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to coach Product Sales Specialists in Nashville. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to shoppers in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires high school education, at least one year in customer service or sales, and strong communication skills. You will facilitate training, ensure proper merchandising, and support daily showroom operations with safety and accuracy in mind.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Ensure accurate product placement, pricing, and showroom merchandising.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, and assist with selections at checkout.
• Communicate SOPs and safety procedures to associates in a timely manner.
