Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to drive efficient department operations and excellent customer service. You will manage inventory, pricing changes, planograms and ensure clean, eye-catching displays that meet company standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining safety and organization. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a team and multi-department environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee department operations including scanning outs, inventory, price changes and planogram sets.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the department.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with inquiries and product location.
• Process transactions or loadouts and operate store devices as needed.
