Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will help achieve sales goals, manage staffing, train employees, and ensure planograms and pricing accuracy.

The role emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience and maintaining a productive team environment. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory exposure; high school diploma required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
