Responsibilities include inventory control, price changes, planogram execution, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment while providing proactive service to customers and collaborating with other store teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to indoor merchandising and signing standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts and outs.
• Oversee price changes and ensure proper labeling.
• Manage planogram sets per company guidelines to maximize sales.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Support front-end operations and light transactions.
• Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Cross-train for flexibility across departments.
• Participate in training and development programs.
