Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Department Lead in a full-time role to manage daily department operations, maintain planograms, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory. You will oversee stock, support front-end transactions, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Rural King’s standards across visual merchandising.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department store setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide and maintain displays.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and replenish stock.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat and inviting.
• Coordinate price changes and update signage as required.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in the department.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries and locating products.
