Job summary

Charlie Health in Denver, CO is hiring a Territory Manager for the Greater Denver area. You will develop GTM strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and travel 4-5 days a week to meet patients, families, and providers.

Qualifications

• Based in Greater Denver, CO.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience; KPI-driven.
• Experience selling to healthcare orgs is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week with reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling style.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Lead 4–5 days/week field meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend meetings and events in-person and via conference call.
• Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to hit GTM goals.
