Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring an Outreach team member in Cheyenne, WY to build relationships with clinical partners, educate communities, and expand access to behavioral health programs. You’ll travel locally 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers and advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Based in Cheyenne, WY.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage referral partnerships across priority markets.
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs.
• Support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to reach GTM goals.
• Present market feedback to inform strategy.
