Job summary

hear.com is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our Denver office. You will place orders, manage inventory, and oversee shipping while supporting day-to-day operations in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment. The role is labor-intensive and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, at 2000 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO. Compensation is $23/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, parental leave, PTO, sick

Qualifications

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio.
• Organize and manage inventory stock.
• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (labor-intensive).
• Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure on-time delivery to the correct location.
• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages.
• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing.
