In this hands-on leadership role you will coordinate shipments, mentor team members, maintain carrier relationships, and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

A High School diploma and 2–5 years of shipping experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience using QuickShip, UPS Ship Manager, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process shipments, generate labels, and track deliveries using QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager.
• Verify outbound shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Receive inbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates on shipping procedures.
• Generate shipping and operational reports for management.
