hear.com in Denver is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

You will place product orders, organize inventory, pack and ship orders, track shipments, and serve as the product expert on the team. The role is labor-intensive but offers a collaborative, start-up environment with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio.
• Organize and manage inventory stock.
• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location.
• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages.
• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing.

• Compensation: $23/hour
