• Organize and manage inventory stock.
• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner.

• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions.
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages.
• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing.

In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. What you will do

• Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio
• Organize and manage inventory stock
• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (this role is labor-intensive)
• Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location
• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages
• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing

What you will need

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
