Responsibilities include placing orders, managing inventory, packing/shipping orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating shipping. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, paid parental leave,

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Background in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place product orders with manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio.
• Organize and manage inventory stock.
• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions.
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages.
• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing.
