hear.com is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Denver team. You will ensure products reach customers accurately and on time, supporting day-to-day office operations in a collaborative, start-up environment with direct impact.

Responsibilities include placing orders, managing inventory, packing/shipping, tracking deliveries, and acting as a product expert while coordinating with teammates to provide a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in logistics is a plus.

hear.com is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Denver team. In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. What you will do

• Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio
• Organize and manage inventory stock
• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (this role is labor-intensive)
• Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location
• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages
• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing
