AIR Communities is seeking an Operations Talent Recruiter to lead hiring from our Denver headquarters, five days a week in the office. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across a range of positions, build strong regional partnerships, and manage advertising, sourcing relationships, and candidate pipelines to fill vacancies efficiently with quality talent.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years recruiting experience in corporate/operations/retail/hospitality
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to learn and use multiple software applications quickly
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Property management experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of openings
• Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to ensure placement and onboarding
• Source talent using creative methods
• Build relationships with local schools and referral sources
• Manage job ads and select advertising partners
• Create and manage candidate pipeline for critical positions
• Execute team-member referral program
• Monitor postings for quality and alert leaders to fraudulent postings
• Manage candidates through pre-employment screening
